Gym features the latest Technogym equipment for working out all muscle groups as for beginners and experienced athletes.
Hammam
The Go Spa has a unique hammam, made of solid marble, which was specially brought in Kazan from Turkey. Fans of hot steam will find pleasure in a secluded steam room, and connoisseurs of dry baths and high temperatures will appreciate a real Finnish sauna.
Massage
Relaxing and regenerating facials and body treatments immerse into atmosphere of peace of mind and balance.

Everyday: 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM
After 18:30 - open for guests over 12 years old
It is allowed to work out in the gym only in sports uniform (trainers, T-shirts, T-shirts, sports trousers, shorts). The upper part of the body must be covered during gym sessions. Guests from the age of 16 are allowed to work out in the gym.
For guests staying at NEO Kazan Palace by TASIGO, access to the gym, swimming pool, hammam and steam rooms - RUB 2,000. in 2 hours

Monday – Thursday: 5 thousand rubles/3 hours
Friday – Sunday: 9 thousand rubles/no time limit
GO YOGA
Go Yoga is a quiet place for ideal place for spiritual development practices to train the body and mind. Traditional and modern yoga is a perfect physical experience and relaxation. Different types are suitable for beginners, as well as for intermediate and advanced level. Hatha, Iyengar, Kundalini and aero yoga classes take place in an atmosphere of solitude and attention to the body.
Practices begin from 10:00 to 20:00.
